To reserve a pup, you will need to do 3 things: #1 fill out this form in detail; #2 Send a $300 deposit either by paypal or by mailing a money order; #3 fill out and sign the purchase agreement and send it to the address below. The adoption form allows me to get to know your family and helps me choose the best puppy for your lifestyle. Make sure you give me as much detail about your family as possible and what you are looking for in a dog.

Please note: the straight- coated doodles are not as hypoallergenic and will shed. Most will shed less than a retriever but they will still shed.

Have you had a dog in the past? If it is no longer around, what happened to it? How did you train your last dog? If you had behavioural problems with your last dog, how did you deal with this? Are you willing to take your new puppy to obedience class for at least 1 year?
To make things a little easier, you can now submit your deposit online. I require a $300 deposit to reserve a pup and Paypal charges a 3% service fee. The deposit amount is $310 ($300 going towards the final purchase price of your pup).
